Packing of Aluminium Frame Hinged Glass Door:
Assembled packing:
We use EPE sheet to cover the front and back of door, then place thick EPE Foam at 4 edages. Every cornor is protected by 4 strong coner protectors. The cardboard is 2- layer and 170g/㎡，which pass the box drop test 1A level—28KGS, 310MM.
Knock-down packing:
Glass panels are packed in a small box with EPE foam and 4 corner protectors. Frame are packed into another small box. Then put 2 small boxes into a big carton.
